The Walker Pond Cottage is located in Brooksville and is approx. 30 feet away from the water and offers 200 feet of water frontage. This rustic 3 bedroom, 1 bath, 1400 sq/foot summer cottage is situated on 1 acre and offers a large vegatable garden which you can pick directly from. In addition to all of the basics, this cottage offers a large living area with stone fireplace and a large deck with great water views. inside there is a table that converts to many games such as cribbage or poker and if you like cribbage that is a great large hand carved cribbage board. This property is great for any persons who like to fish! Fish off the dock or rent a canoe/kay with free delivery and pick up through Vacation Cottages. The Walker Pond Cottage faces East with views of sunrises. Great fishing and excellent swimming.
