Located on Blue Hill Bay in Brooklin approximately 75 ft. from the water with 200ft of frontage. If you enjoy peace and quiet and all the comforts of home, this 3 bedroom, 3 bath is the house for you sitting on 1.5 private acres. Spacious rooms, well stocked kitchen and hardwood floors throughout. The deck overlooks the little islands and mountains. Home facing East to catch the sunrises in the morning and views of Acadia. There's an open-faced woodstove to take the chill off and lots of windows to let the sun
in.

NOT SAFE FOR CHILDREN UNDER 5 due to elevated deck.
