Located in Blue Hill and dramatically perched above Blue Hill Falls this charming three bedroom cottage sits on an acre of land less than 75 feet from the water's edge and is a great location for people interested in kayaking and canoeing. Built in the 1920's and modeled after a Parisian garret artist's studio the second floor is a large living room with a field stone fireplace, 15 foot high ceilings and a large northern exposure skylight. The first floor has three bedrooms, bathroom, kitchen and a dining room with a fireplace. A screen porch and large deck offer fantastic views of the natural phenomena of the reversing falls. This house is conveniently located less than 3 miles to the town of Blue Hill and approximately 40 miles to Acadia National Park.
