"Woodland" is an easy one-tenth of a mile walk to Bank Street Beach on Nantucket Sound.
In addition, you will have access to the private beach at the end of Bayview Road! So
the best of both worlds.

"Woodland" is a charming, well maintained home and is peaceful, centrally located and comfortable.
Once you go grocery shopping, you'll hardly need a car. Both the public and private beaches
are within walking distance.

The village of Harwich Port, with shops, boutiques, galleries, cafe's, ice cream shops,
and restaurants are steps away. The quaint town of Chatham is about 10 - 15 minute
drive. Less than five minutes away is a ferry which will take you to the island
of Nantucket for a fun and memorable day trip.

All modern appliances and conveniences, including dishwasher, coffeemaker, microwave,
dryer, washer / dryer, expanded color cable TV/VCR/DVD, and outside shower in addition to
two full baths. There are four bedrooms.

On the first floor, there is a small screened porch, fully equipped kitchen that opens right
up to the eating area. Spacious living room with plenty of room for gathering and spending
time together. You'll find lots of books to read, and lots of information about the Cape.

Two bedrooms and a full bath complete the first floor. One bedroom offers two twins,
the second one a full sized bed. Woodland comfortably accommodates up to 8 guests.

Upstairs are two very large and spacious bedrooms and a second full bath with tub/shower
combination. One bedroom offers a king sized bed, and the second offers two twins.
Outside you will find an outdoor shower, and gas grill for BBQ-ing.

The vacation home is completely stocked with everything you'll need, from beach
chairs, cooler, and beach umbrella, to basic spices, sugar, teas, to lobster
pot and utensils, to bed linens and fresh towels. All you really need to
bring are personal items and beach towels.

The location is best! The home is very clean and well maintained.
