With exceptional style and character this beautifully designed and well crafted newly built 3 bedroom 2 bath oceanfront property unites classic tradition with modern elegance in the most desirable area of St. Margaret Bay, just 30 minutes from Halifax.

Set on the waters edge of 2 acres, this home offers 300 feet of ocean front with a gentle sloping walking path to the water. Views are to the west over St. Margaret's Bay.

Boasting harwood floors, vaulted ceilings and suffused with light, this artfully decorated home is very special. The heart of the house is an inviting main floor dedicated to ocean views, sunsets and relaxation with gracious rooms that are generous in their proportions. The chef's kitchen is fully equipped, flanked by an adjacent dining area with a wrap-around deck. A propane fireplace is in the living room area.

There are two bedrooms on the main floor as well as a full bathroom. Upstairs is the master bedroom and ensuite with jacuzzi tub and walkout deck.
