The villa is located in one of the best locations in Orba, its situated on the hillside overlooking Orange & Lemon Groves looking out to sea. The Villa is older in style with character set within mature grounds with plenty of terraces all around with mature Palm trees to relax under. Its located in an l`Aspre urbanization near the village and not on a soulless outskirt. The Villa has under gone major refurbishment, with new flooring, kitchen with granite tops, new wood burning fireplace, bathroom, shower room and general decoration, etc etc. There is a King Size bed, 2 x large sofas, Central heating, separate dining room, table and chairs in the kitchen. Outside we have provided new stylish Italian furniture with new umbrellas, BBQ, Covered Pergola with those amazing views, 8mtr x 4mtr Pool plenty of parking space. We have tried to think of all the things we would like if we where to rent a Villa and we hope to make it as comfortable as possible.

The area around Orba has so much to see and do with Fantastic Beaches, Restaurants, Historical, Mountains, Theme & Water Parks, Ibiza 2rs. Orba is a Spanish village with a heart, which has a weekly market on Wednesdays. The shops in the village can provide all your needs, butchers, bakers, supermarkets, off-licence, restaurants and bars and has a doctor’s surgery and chemist The 'White Coast' as it is known offers a healthy climate of over 340 days of sunshine each year and a uniquely dry microclimate with remarkably low rainfall all year round Orba is set in and around the mountains, and is renowned for its citrus fruits, thus making it green all year round. There are fiestas in the village in May and July/August. The surrounding villages have similar events from Easter onwards. These include paella days, fireworks, bull running, dancing in the streets, parades, music and a host of other activities. There are some fantastic drives through the mountains or along the coast.

Additional information about rental rates

  • Booking requirements: A non-refundable deposit of 25% is required on booking, with the balance due 8 weeks before the start of the holiday. To reserve your weeks, please phone or e-mail and they will be held while your cheque clears. A security deposit of £100 will be required with the balance and will be returned upon receipt of the keys and a report of no damage to the villa.
    Changeover day: All bookings are done on a Saturday-to-Saturday basis. The villa is available from 3.30pm and on departure vacated by no later than 10.30 am, unless other special arrangements have been made.

--- The villa is very comfortable and we enjoyed relaxing in the gardens and pool areas, particularly under the shade of the palm trees, stretched out on the sun-loungers. The location is superb and the views from the garden terraces are spectacular. We hope the villa will be available for rental at a similar time next year.
