Great family home tucked at the mouth of Hyalite Canyon near Bozeman
This home offers exceptional value. With five bedrooms this home rents between $70 and $100, per room per night. Plus you have room to gather with friends and family.
Brief Description: Hyalite Canyon is ideally designed for groups who want to be out in the country but have quick access to everything going on in Bozeman. Head out in one direction and you’re in Hyalite Canyon is just a minute, and have just a short drive to great hiking, boating and scenery. Drive in the other direction and you’re in downtown Bozeman within 10 minutes.
Bedrooms and bathrooms: The house has five bedrooms and three bathrooms. On the main level there are three bedrooms. The master suite has a king size bed and a private bath with a deep soaking tub as well as a large steam shower. The second bedroom has a queen size bed, and the third has a twin trundle bed. These two bedrooms share a full bath. On the lower level there are two additional bedrooms, each with a king size bed. There is also a pull out sofa in the game room. They share a third full bathroom.
Kitchen: The kitchen is open in one direction to the living room, and in the other direction to the dining area, making this a great area for visiting. The kitchen is well equipped with a Bosch gas range and oven, and other good quality appliances. It’s fully stocked with everything you need to cook for a crowd.
Dining Area: There’s a dining table that will seat 8 comfortably. Just a few feet away is the kitchen bar, which seats three. And just off the back deck there’s a picnic table that will seat eight, for enjoying summer evenings outdoors.
Living room: The living room has comfortable leather furniture, a 42" Sharp Aquos TV with DVD player (and movie collection), and an iHome for your MP3 player. Double glass doors open to a wonderful deck and backyard, with apple trees and beautiful flower beds.
Family room and game area: Downstairs there’s a huge family room and game area – where the kids will spend most of their evenings. There’s a game table and a good collection of games and books, great comfy furniture around a gas fireplace, a 46" Sharp Aquos TV (again with DVD player, movies and docking station), and even an electric guitar and amplifier.
Setting, acreage, and views: The home sits on one very private acre at the base of Hyalite Canyon 8 miles south of downtown Bozeman. Views are of the luscious landscaped yard and mountain hillsides.
Outdoor Amenities: A nice deck off the living room has outdoor furniture to enjoy the beautifully landscaped and very inviting backyard. There is a gas grill for cooking those outdoor meals.
Activities nearby: Besides hiking, biking, boating, fishing and cross country skiing just up Hyalite Canyon, there’s horseback riding, rafting, tours of Yellowstone National Park, and everything that the fun town of Bozeman has to offer – all a short distance away. From Hyalite it’s just under two hours to Yellowstone.
Closest town and airport: You are 8 miles from Bozeman’s Main Street and 15 miles from Bozeman’s Gallatin Field Airport.
What's included: You’ll receive a complimentary security deposit waiver so you don’t have to pay a security deposit. Your home is completely prepped before you arrive and fully cleaned after your stay – at no charge to you. For guests who stay twelve nights or more, a weekly cleaning is also included. Additional housekeeping can all be arranged with a bit of prior notice.
