The Felter Cottage has 100 feet of frontage on Pickerel Lake with a nice dock and mooring for your boat. It s just up the lake from a nice sandy beach and park at Camp Petosega. This is a newly built home, very nicely decorated with a well appointed kitchen. For those rainy days there is a stereo, TV, VCR & DVD. Located on a protected bay with great swimming and sandy bottom. Great fishing is right out front!
Picnic table, fire pit with chairs, vinyl dock, charcoal grill, satelite TV, Vacant lot next door.
