28 Fazio is a spacious townhome that has tranquil views of the George Fazio golf course. The first floor features an open living room with a large TV and a DVD/VCR combo, dining room (sits 6), breakfast table (sits 4), fully equipped kitchen, washer/dryer and a wet bar. Also on the first floor is a queen guest room which has access to the hallway bathroom. Upstairs has the two other rooms. The master features two queen beds, private bathroom and has a TV and TV/VCR combo. The master also has a small balcony that is accessible through the slider doors. The second guest room features two full beds and private bath. Enjoy the spectacular golf views from your covered porch, living areas and the upstairs bedrooms. There is wireless internet access for your convenience. You will make many great memories in this lovely townhome to share for a lifetime. The Fazio Villas are a short five to eight minute walk to the beach. From Memorial Day to Labor Day, Palmetto Dunes has the FREE Beach Buggy that will come and pick you up and bring you to the beach and drive you back home. The buggy will also take you to surrounding areas like Shelter Cove Marina and Shelter Cove Plaza. The Fazio complex also features a large complex pool, spacious sun deck and adjacent bathrooms.
