Big Bear Lake Vacation Rental cabin

It`s late in the afternoon, probably almost four, and the gentle hum of a single-engine Cessna captures your attention as it glides in over the water. The view of the lake from the back deck at Windsong Chateau is pretty sensational and once you get the barbeque going and the deck chairs positioned just right I can`t imagine that you would want to be anywhere else on earth.

Tomorrow is the first full day of your long awaited vacation up in Big Bear. The drive up was pleasant, especially thanks to Dramamine, and everything is unpacked and in its place. The video camera is charging on the kitchen counter, the dog is settled in to his new surroundings and the only objective for the weekend is to have a good time...so far, so good.

Right outside of the game room is a quiet little sitting area with oversized chairs and a chess board. Once everyone is tucked away the two of you can sit together and get a game going that will hopefully last until the eve of your departure back home. It is a chance to spend a few minutes alone in a beautiful place and wind down after an amazingly active day....tomorrow is going to be incredible.

Windsong Chateau is peaceful place with an over abundance of things to do and see - you`re going to want to return again and again.
