Built in 2004, this spacious two bedroom / two bathroom town houses offer excellent location just over 200 meters from Coco Beach and 300 meters from Cafe Playa and Pacifico Beach Clubs. Each Villa also features a fully equipped kitchen with dining area. Living room overlooks a pool with barbecue area. Ceramic tile floors unobtrusively harmonize with the construction details throughout the house. Soft lighting was elaborated to enhance the decorative elements, giving a soft but efficient light to all areas. A little over 200 meters from the very cozy Italian restaurant La Dolce Vita, Ice-Cream Parlor and grocery shop. Within walking distance form the center of Coco fishing village with its restaurants, bars and casinos.
