Located at Humphrey Head, Shoreland Ridge is a tastefully landscaped property with beautiful views looking over to Blakely Island. Relax on the patio or gaze out the wall of windows from most any location on the waterfront side of the home and enjoy the peaceful serenity of environment and resident wildlife.

This spacious 2 bedroom home offers privacy for guests while offering spacious, centralized common areas. The fully equipped kitchen has an oil stove in the nook where you can enjoy your morning tea or coffee. The stately living and dining rooms with vaulted ceilings and open beam design offer picturesque views to the outdoors. Each bedroom is furnished with a queen size bed and has an adjoining bathroom. The master suite includes a soaking tub and has a spacious adjoining den. The den, with waterviews, has a fireplace, desk, and sitting area making it the perfect writers retreat or home office - while you’re away from home.

** Parents please be aware that this home has high-bank waterfront exposure and although the owners welcome families, the home may not be suitable for all children.
