Just In Time For This Year - A New Oceanfront Hot Tub Awaits! Welcome to Sea For Yourself , an exquisite 5 bedroom, 4.5 bath home located on an oceanfront piano key lot in the Oceanridge community of North Topsail Beach. The Oceanridge community features a beautiful section of the Topsail Island shore along with an impressive community pool.
As you arrive at the home, you will notice its coastal Cape Cod style and charm alongside a two car garage beneath, large oceanfront deck, ground level patio area with outside shower and of course the beautiful Atlantic ocean.
Upon entering the home, the family can begin to settle in to the tastefully and coastal decorated large living/family room complete with gas logs fireplace, adjoining half bath and adjoining bedroom with shared balcony. The family room is also home to a 46" flat panel television with a Yamaha Surround Sound System, DVD player and even an Ipod connection, all that is sure to entertain.
The well equipped kitchen features a smooth top range, side by side refrigerator, built in dishwasher, large bar/island complete with produce sink and built in ice maker all framed by beautiful "bead board" coastal cabinets. Adjoining the kitchen you will find the separate dining area surrounded by large windows with expansive ocean views.
On the backside of the kitchen area, you will find the one of the master style bedrooms, complete with a balcony overlooking the maritime forest and its own private full bath.
The upstairs level of the home greets you with custom styled sailboat railings and natural maple flooring as you walk up the stairs. The large main master bedroom features a king size bed, his and her closets, 32" flat penel television, sitting area and luxury bath complete with both jacuzzi tub and shower. Beautiful views down the island can be seen from the large picture windows in the main master suite.
Across the hall another master styled bedrooms can be found on this level also. This bedroom features another private full bath, large picture windows with small seating area inside the suite.
At the rear of the home, the children will have a blast with two bunk beds located in their room and most important, their own entertainment via cable tv.
A full laundry room and another full bath is found at the rear of the home, right outside the children's bedroom.
Early mornings can be greeted from the oceanfront study area, perfect for a cup of coffee while watching the shore birds and boats pass by from the study itself or the oceanfront balcony adjoining the study area.
The home is also complete with high speed wireless internet, local call phone, board games & flat panel televisions in all bedrooms with cable.
