Above it all. This brand new Seawind Eastern Corner unit, 1901, is the second best unit in the new Seawind Condominium Building -- below only the penthouse. Direct gulf front! The views from each window are sweeping of the Gulf of Mexico and the lakes (Lake Shelby) in the state park. No obstructions -- absolute perfection. This unit is a 3BR and 2BA unit. The back den has been converted to a bunk room and the other bedrooms have premium bedding and king sized beds. The couch is a sleeper sofa (Queen) and the flat screen TV and modern yet classic decor will make you feel like you are in a professionally decked out home -- and you are!

Seawind has a state of the art fitness center (directly on the gulf) with Sauna and a swim through indoor-outdoor pool. There is also a Sprayground play area with a zero entry pool and nice loungers. This is ideal for kids and actually, most adults enjoy it as well.

The condo has high speed internet access as well, and a fantastic laundry room with full W/D.
