Denver Vacation Rental condo: Capital Hill

Located in the Sherman-Grant historic district, this quaint Victorian condo is ideal for visiting downtown Denver. Just a short walk (2.5 blocks) to the Capital building and 16th Street Mall (4 blocks) puts you in the middle of downtown. Less than 3 miles from any of Denver's sporting venue's. Bus service picks up 1 block from the condo with connections to everywhere via light rail, bus and Union Station (train). There are tons of fabulous restaurants all within walking distance.

The home is furnished with all linens, towels and paper products. The kitchen is splashed with color and equipped with a convection microwave, Starbucks coffee maker, dishwasher, blender, food chopper and all needed dinnerware. In the bedroom is a queen Therapedic Visco mattress by Sealy (very comfortable). The floor plan is open and flowing through the 920 square feet. Hardwood floors through out and slate flooring in the bathroom. This home is clean, quiet and perfect for enjoying all of Denver's amenities.

If you would like to bring the family pet on your visit to Denver, please call for pet approval (no puppies) and deposit requirements. This is a non smoking condo....Parking is on street with a residential lot 4 buildings away at 1221 Sherman St.. Rates are available for hourly, daily, weekly and monthly....but the the best public parking is on Bannock and 12th Ave., by the Denver Art Museum. It is $4. for an unlimited stay.


Rates start at 125.00 per night and 750.00 for the week. Rates are plus tax and a cleaning fee of 50.00 is added to all reservations.

5 night min 30 days from arrival date, 4 night min 21 days from arrival date, 3 night minimum 14 days from arrival date. Minimum night stay are somewhat flexible. Monthly rate is 2100.00
