Superb location for visiting Steamboat.....close to everything but located in a quiet golf course course neighborhood...... this location can't be beat. During the winter months the golf course is the Steamboat Touring Center. This duplex is back to back rather than side to side, so the home has 2 driveways. *This comfortable home is approx. 1100 sf. To accommodate 2 guests....this home is available for rent as a 1 bedroom 1 bath.... or for two couples or a small family... 2 bedrooms and 2 baths are available. Prices for size and seasons are listed below.

This home is not shared, unused bedrooms are locked off. The bedding includes a queen bed in each of the bedrooms. The home is complete with a fully equipped kitchen, gas fireplace, washer and dryer and a shared outdoor hot tub.....what else would you need???. Oh, the living area is super comfortable with a Room and Board sectional, 32" LCD TV, DVD player and wireless internet access is provided. The home is sunny and bright with southern exposure. There is outside parking for 2 vehicles. Truly a nice spot.

5 night min 30 days from arrival date, 4 night min 21 days from arrival date, 3 night minimum 14 days from arrival date. Minimum nights are flexible........shorter stay available if your dates butt up to another reservation....either side works...... please ask.
