This immaculate villa is a modern property in a private residential complex in the heart of Yasmine Hammamet, 300m from its beautiful sandy beach and about 100m away from Carthage Land theme park. Villa Kabani is a rare find, an ideal choice for a family holiday. The tastefully decorated spacious interior is arranged over two floors offering comfortable accommodation for eight to ten people. A generously proportioned swimming pool is set in the back of a lawn garden surrounding the villa.

Hammamet is possibly the best-known resort in Tunisia. It has changed greatly from the small fishing village it once was, evolving into a sought-after holiday resort in the 1920’s. Known as the ‘garden resort’ it is backed by olive, orange and lemon groves and lines of cypress trees. Yasmine Hammamet is Tunisia’s newest resort. Situated just south of Hammamet, it is made up of predominantly four and five star luxury hotels and luxury villas and apartments. Built around a 740-berth marina, it recreates the style of many elegant resorts around the Mediterranean. There is a sophisticated new medina, with luxurious boutiques, cafés and restaurants, theatres and museums and a fabulous residential complex.

  • 100 Pounds supplement during British half term holidays in February, Easter, May (Summer) half term and Xmas holidays. (*) 2nd wk 1/2 price does not apply to period 3 and 4
  • You should look after the property you rent and must not damage it during your holiday. You will be liable for the cost of repair or replacement for any damages. In order to cover such costs, you are required to pay a refundable damage deposit of £500 The deposit must be paid by cheque payable to Tunisia Simply Villas Ltd. Please send this cheque to our office in London or hand it to our representative on arrival at the property in Tunisia.
    The cheque will be handed back to you after checking that no damages have been caused to our property.
    The damage deposit cheque will only be lodged in the case of damage to our property and the balance of the cost of repairs or replacements will be sent back to you.
