Guestbook comments from the manager
We visited Villa Regan early in September. It was very easy to find from the detailed instructions sent to us from the owner, and when we arrived we were very happy to find that the villa was all we had expected from the advertising, and more. The airy, spacious rooms were all large and spotlessly clean, as were all the outside areas. The facilities were just as had been stated, bed linen and towels were all provided, and were of good quality and again, spotlessly clean, and the welcome pack left by the owners meant that we did not immediately have to get back in the car and find the nearest supermarket!
The property is well maintained, and if something does go wrong, the owners give it their immediate attention. When we were there, the dishwasher stopped working one morning. We phoned the owner, who visited within an hour to see what was wrong with it, and by mid-afternoon, a new one had been installed.
We would definitely recommend this villa to other people, and have, in fact already done so. (We have only been home 10 days!)
Although we spent most of our time at the villa, as the swimming pool was the best thing since sliced bread for our grandchildren, we did shop in Javea, where there are plenty of good supermarkets and shops, and we did eat out at a couple of restaurants - one close by, and one at the beach. We found them both to have excellent food, reasonable prices, and, best of all, they were very children friendly. Javea is a very attractive resort, with both rocky and sandy beaches, and beautiful, clear blue sea.
One of the things we all liked best was the location of the villa at the base of Montgo mountain. It is (in my opinion) one of the most beautiful mountains you will see, with rocks which change colour as the sun changes position. Across the wide valley, on the other side of the villa, we could see many other mountains, stretching back, range by range. It truly is a beautiful place to stay. Add to all that the wonderful Spanish sunshine, and I would heartily recommend it to anyone.
