209 W. Hurlbut. Charlevoix Family Home - beautiful home, completely updated. One block into town, four blocks from Lake Michigan. Two thousand square feet. Three bedrooms upstairs (one king, one queen, and two twin beds). Two full cribs. One small crib. Two full bathrooms - one upstairs and one downstairs. Double bed in fourth bedroom downstairs. Huge kitchen with island/bar stools and kitchen table that seats six to eight. Height chair. Two central air conditioners/furnaces. All appliances. Washer and dryer in basement. Big screen TV with satellite high definition TV with TiVo. Huge fenced-in backyard with deck and built-in hot tub. Firepit. Kids swingset and tree house. Year-round living - all linens, towels, beach towels, silverware, etc. Fireplace. Rent by the week or weekend. Rates are determined by season. No pets!
