The two story chalet is located on a 1/3 acre lot in a quiet residential neighborhood of South Lake Tahoe. It is centrally located within minutes of Heavenly Valley Resort, Stateline (Calif/Nevada) casinos, public beaches, bike trails, restaurants and shops.

The main floor includes two bedrooms, one bathroom, washer/dryer, fully equipped kitchen, and dining area which opens to the spacious, vaulted living room with fireplace. The upstairs includes a large luxury master suite (king size bed), and adjoining entertainment room (2 sofa beds & TV), two bathrooms and an open loft area with a king size bed overlooking the main floor.

A 6 person hot tub is located off the main deck. The spa is outside and easily accessible from the main structure. Also included is wireless Internet access for your laptop PC.

The house has very nice interior layout with perfect sleeping arrangement included bedrooms on the main level with all the major activities take place; my grandmom did not has to climb stairs, my kitties stayed in the cozy master suite and felt secure there. Owner Jon was great answered all the questions I had about the house and I could not find offer better than this one. He assured I would like this house and I did. It was very cozy, it looked prettier than in these pictures, the couch and kitchen stove got updated. The location of this chalet was just right, near the lake, near ski area and near the casino.
