This first floor apt. benefits from having the best location in Antibes for experiencing the full flavour of the Old Town, it's on Cours Massena in the heart of the Old Town. In the mornings, walk the 30 steps to the boulangerie for croissants and have an unbeatable breakfast on the balcony overlooking the famous 'Marche Provencal'. The apartment benefits from being double aspect, so is light and airy throughout, unusual in the old town. The large bedroom has full length fitted wardrobes, a ceiling fan and overlooks a very quiet pedestrian street. There is also an air-con. unit. The bathroom has bath and shower, there is a separate WC. A comfortable sofa also turns into a double bed in the living area. There is Sat. TV and WiFi . It's a couple of hundred meters to the beach, a lovely 4 min. stroll past cafes and restaurants, and through the arch of the 'ramparts', and past the 'smaller' yachts of the marina. Sister apt. to # 82504 and our new apt.

Antibes is known for its yacht marina, the largest in Europe, with its International Quay, which is home to some of the biggest ’Megayachts’ in the World, its Provencal market, Picasso museum and medieval Ramparts. It has its own sheltered, sandy beach, and is within walking distance to several others. The Provencal fresh produce market runs every day in the summer and is not to be missed. In the evenings it turns into an outdoor restaurant scene, sharing the space with local artists’ stalls. Just behind the market is Antibes’s Cathedral, the setting for outdoor concerts in the summer months. The Old Town is full of lovely cobbled shopping streets, pavement cafes and countless restaurants to choose from. Thursdays is market day in the Old Town with thousands of stalls spread all over, selling anything from bikinis to carpets. On Saturdays, Place National is the setting for an Antiques market. Nearby Juan-les-Pins is a major holiday destination, with a casino and nightclubs.

  • A deposit of 25% is required at the time of booking, with the balance to be paid 6 weeks prior to arrival. Payment to be made by bank transfer in euros, note that this could incur a charge, to be met by sender. Towels and linens are provided, including beach towels. There is a final cleaning and laundry fee of 50 euros payable on departure.
    On arrival you will be met at the apartment, and given two sets of keys. The security and key deposit of 300 euros(or equivalent in pounds) will be collected in cash at this time, to be returned on departure less any breakages or losses.
    Please note that checking after 9pm. can not be facilitated.

Ski: There are several ski fields within a short drive from Antibes, Auron and Isola 2000 being the most popular, and at only 90min drive away they are popular for a day trip.

Golf: There are many fabulous golf courses in the area, all within a 30/40min drive of Antibes, including the Royal Mougins which is one of the best in France.

Guest Book: We have just returned from a wonderful stay in Michelle's apartment in Antibes, and will certainly visit again in the future. We found the apartment extremely clean, well appointed, beautifully decorated and certainly in a central location in the old town. My partner and I enjoy markets and cooking, and therefore loved the open market outside, and the coming and going of the local shoppers. With regards Sandi.
