Condo, 1 Bedroom + Convertible bed(s), 1 Bath, (Sleeps 4)

This gorgeous 1 bdrm-1 bath condominium available for weekly or monthly. The entire complex sits right on the beach @ North Coast Village by the pier and harbor. The condo is all newly redecorated and furnished with great new carpeting and comfort throughout, and most important just steps from the beach. There is great surfing, swimming, volleyball, and fire pits for an evening barbecue.

Within walking distance is the Pier, many shops and restaurants, there is a 50's diner at the end of the pier. Enjoy the fishing right off of the pier, and boating activities.

Paradise by the Sea Beach Retreat: This 1 bedroom 2nd floor condo was totally renovated in 2008. I furnished it so that all you need to do is pack your clothes and bring food to eat. Walk right across the street and you're right at the beach.

This condo sleeps 4 people comfortably, two people in the master bedroom on NEW King size posturepedic bed fit for a KING (or QUEEN) with large TV/DVD and the lving room has a 50' flat screen and can 3 can sleep on the new queen sofa sleeper with inner coil spring mattress and 1 on the other futon style sofa, very comfortable for the little ones.

The patio has a private BBQ gas grill and table and chairs to enjoy the beautiful sunny days. Sunsets so close you can almost touch them.

In the living room there is a 50' TV/DVD/CD player and WIFI. The dining area where you can eat or invite a few friends over to play cards. In the closet is everything you need to go to the beach, such as beach chairs, cooler, boogie boards and beach towels.

The Kitchen is equipped with convenience in mind. A full size refrigerator, microwave and dishwasher are present with all of the conveniences of home. A new electric stove awaits you if you desire to cook while on vacation equipped with dishes, pots, pans and is truly a well appointed and comfortable ocean and habor view condo.

About The Owner

I retired from 25 yrs in Corporate America in 1999 and started a cleaning service for something to do part time. After a year of doing homes, I was asked to help someone at North Coast Village while she went on vacation. After seeing the complex and the possibilities, plus the need for a good cleaning service, I moved my business there and within a few months had 26 units. 2 yrs later I decided to buy 3 condos and since my cleaning clients had been encouraging me to handle their bookings too, I decided to start as a full time rental agent and I now have 17 condos plus my 3. My favorite part of this business is speaking with the potential guests and seeing how I can make their vacation a very special and memorable one. I have 20 very nice condos that anyone would love to stay in.

What makes this condo unique

All of my condos are fully equipped with everything one could want while on vacation, beach towels, chairs, umbrellas, and boogie boards (some have wet suits). We have a hair dryer in every unit and offer a welcome gift baskets for those late night arrivals and the kids are hungry. The best of all is my units are CLEAN, CLEAN, CLEAN!

The person renting us the property did everything she could to make our stay comfortable. Lovely location, views of harbour and ocean.

wonderful stay!

My husband and I had a wonderful time at this condo. It is very clean and well-kept, and very nicely appointed. The location was convenient and the view was fantastic. Even though it's not right on the ocean front, you can still see the ocean just fine and you get the added attraction of being right by an inlet where you can watch egrets, blue herons, and lots of ducks.
Recommended for:  Age 55+, Romantic Getaway

Pamela knows her stuff & is great to work with - very professional. No problems with the unit except when the power went out in the whole harbor area on our first night while moving in.

LOVE this condo complex and the beach next to it ... great family beach, great for boogie boarding & some light surfing. We plan to stay here again.
Recommended for:  Age 55+, Tourists without a Car, Sightseeing, Families with Teenagers, Families with Young Children, Romantic Getaway

Our first trip to CA and we are glad we chose Oceanside to stay in, just a simple half hour drive to all San Diego Attractions, yet Oceanside has a great 'feel' to it. Great to walk over to the wharf.."Rocking Baja" was very good as well as a good pizza place. But we loved going to Sunset Market on Thursday night...great street fair... we had a blast. View of ocean from condo balcony was nice...condo well equipped-it was chilly,rainy weather when we went so we used the gas fireplace everyday and it really made it great. Pam was very helpful and available...plus to come in and have a nice welcome basket waiting was such a thoughtful touch. Resort is well landscaped and pool was enjoyable. We went to San Diego everyday and did all the attractions twice. We had bought a city pass from CostCo...great buy. Our girls keep asking to go back...if we do we will contact Pam first!
Recommended for:  Age 55+, Sightseeing, Families with Young Children
