This luxurious villa is a great property to enjoy a family holiday with all the comforts & conveniences of home. It is split into 2 separate apartments (accessible individually or via internal staircase) especially beneficial to 2 parties holidaying together but also appreciating their own space. The first floor has a master bedroom & en suite leading out to balcony, double bedroom, twin bedroom & large separate bathroom. The lounge is bright & extremely spacious with large dining table & full satellite TV. The kitchen is fully equipped including dishwasher. The very large balcony has dining table & chairs from which you can enjoy spectacular panoramic and sea views. The ground floor consists of double bedroom, twin bedroom, 2 bathrooms, lounge/dining area, American kitchen, utility & terrace accessible from the lounge which leads to the pool area. The private heated pool is surrounded by lovely terrace area, immaculate private gardens,BBQ plenty of space for dining Al fresco.

Moraira is a beautiful, small coastal town with a cosmopolitan feel. Amongst the narrow cobbled streets there is a great choice of restaurants, cafés bars & shops. The impressive marina is surrounded by restaurants where you can sample the catch of the day. There are 2 well maintained sandy beaches offering water sports, a small fairground to keep children entertained in the evening. There are 3 excellent golf courses in and around Moraira. There is an open air market held every Friday. Moraira boasts 325 sunny days each year & average temperatures easily exceed 20 degrees.Perfect for that winter break to.

Reasonable villa, not all aspects serviced / working. Downstairs appartment is not equipped and TV not working.

Very poor service from Pink Villas and Joanna Osbourne the manager. I am still trying to get my deposit back with no success.

My only recourse now is to inform other users that Pink Villas do not stick to their own terms and conditions and return very high deposits.
