Glitter Bay 304 located on The Glitter Bay Estate, formerly the Cunard Estate, offers acres of landscaped gardens and panoramic views of the sea, ½ mile long private beach and golden-red sunsets over Glitter Bay from each of its four balconies. The property has a freeform swimming pool with cascading waterfall and separate children’s pool. This pristine penthouse condominium is fully equipped with all the comforts of home and more. There are three air-conditioned bedrooms (master bed on first floor & 2 additional bedrooms on the second floor), each with en-suite bathrooms and all leading to their own private patios. Enjoy views of our spectacular Caribbean sunsets from our open dining patio. The Glitter Bat Estate offers daily concierge service, cable TV & wireless internet service, tennis courts & nearby water sports. Golf is within 5 minutes driving distance.

It is near both Holetown (5 mins by car) and Speightstown (10 mins by car). Bridgetown is 20-25 minutes away by taxi or car.

Notes: The apartment is a penthouse (2 floors) on the 3rd and 4th levels of Glitter Bay. The views are spectacular as this condo is semi-attached with the sea-side completely open (see photos all taken from our balconies). The apartment is being fully renovated and will be completed on or around November 1. Wait for new photos! We are just in the processing of completely redoing the apartment with a state-of the-art kitchen, with all new granite counter tops, cabinetry and appliances, all new bathrooms and fixtures, etc. Children are welcome.
