House, 2 Bedrooms + Other (See Description), 2 Baths, (Sleeps 4-6)

This home is in a quiet, residential, neighborhood approximately 1 mile from Bonita's Barefoot Beach, located in Bonita Shores community. This house is 14 miles from famous '5th Avenue' and '3rd Street' of olde Naples. There is a wide variety of shopping and places to eat nearby. The pool and hot tub are in a spacious screened area connected to, and visible from the family room.

The hot tub water is changed, and the home is carefully cleaned for each new tenant. The pool is heated and is always well cared for. The family room has a large TV with surround sound and 10 foot wide glass doors to the pool. The Master Bedroom has a full bath and a King size bed that has an independent mattress firmness feature (air). Bedroom #2 has a queen size bed with a full bath nearby. Both bedrooms have a 20' wall mounted TV. This home is decorated very bright & cheerful. (hot tub, grill & bicycles aren't available during 'off season' unless arranged)

The pictures really don't show how nice this house is! Great location in a quite neighborhood, just minutes from restaurants and the beaches. Dennis and Kathy are just super!

Everything was beyond our expections. Dennis and Kathy thought of everything you might need during your stay. The listing and photos were everything they claimed to be. The house was clean and well maintained. We enjoyed the pool and hot tub after spending the days at the nearby beaches. The boys loved playing the board games. Our treat was the homemade ice cream at the end of the block. We would definitely recommend this property to a friend or relative.

The house is clean. The owners are wonderful. It fit our needs perfectly. It's within biking distance of the best beach in Bonita Springs Barefoot Beach, and the owners even provide the bikes!

Spent two wonderful weeks, home spotless, pool and hot tub clean and ready for use. Kitchen wonderfully supplied. Close to many activities in Naples and Ft Myers. My husband a semi-invalid had no problem getting in or out of house or pool. Owners helpful with our needs. Highly recommend

Great house. Spotless as promised. Owners were very helpful and accurate in their description of the property. Location is very good (about a mile or so to the beach). I would definitely recommend this property to friends and family. Many thanks to the Owners!!!
