Terraced house, renovated in 2006 250 m from the centre of Bellaria, in a central, sunny position, 250 m from the sea, on a side street. Private, patio (20 m2), garden furniture. Public parking 200 m. Grocers 150 m, restaurant 200 m, sandy beach 250 m. An old fishing town situated a few km from Rimini the famous holiday resort of the Romagna-coast. Bellaria has shops, restaurants, bar, disco, cinema and various entertainments. 2-room terraced house 40 m2, partly with sloping ceilings, fully renovated in 2006, comfortable and nice furnishings: living room with TV. Gallery, ceiling height 140 - 220 cm with skylight with 1 bed and 1 double bed. Kitchen (oven, freezer). Shower/bidet/WC. Heating (extra). The shower has hydromassage jets. The mezzanine extends from the kitchen to the living room. Actual prices are billed in euros, the prices displayed are for reference only.
