A lovely villa and apartment in a beautiful setting near Porto Cervo, with superb sea views, forming part of a condominium of nine properties, with front and back gardens leading to a communal pool. The interiors are equally attractive and appealing with quality furnishings which make it a perfect spot to relax. A world renowned golf club is ten minutes drive away. The properties are close to the Centre, the Marina and the white sandy beaches of the Costa Smeralda, having nearby amenities such as banks, post office, supermarkets, bars, coffee shops, restaurants serving a simple pizza to excellent food. The town of Olbia is only 25 minutes away.

A world renowned golf club (the Pevero Golf) is about ten minutes drive away.
