Do you need a relaxing, sunny holiday? With fun at the beach, swimming in a clear sea, evening strolls in the romantic Venetian town of Nafplion, or visits to the well known archaeological sites nearby? Come and spend your holidays in our newly built Villa Petra, in the beautiful green, fertile area of the Peloponese. Our modern villa is stylishly decorated, built on two levels, with a lawn and a stone tiled terrace at the private swimming pool (35 m2), with sun beds and a pergola. There is a barbecue available for the guests and the garden is a safe play area for young children. The living room and dining area have French windows to the large balcony with splendid views to the green valley of Asini and the sea. There is a seperate fully equipped kitchen. The 3 bedrooms upstairs (1 en-suite) have spacious fitted wardrobes and balconies with panoramic views. All windows have mosquito screens. Linen and towels are provided. A/C and C/H throughout the house. Off road parking available.

Villa Petra is located close to the traditional small village of Asini, only a few minutes away from the sandy beach of Tolo, and 10 min. by car to the Venetian town of Nafplion. The area is very fertile and still green in July and August; one is surrounded by olive and citrus fruit groves. In Asini and the nearby beach resort of Tolo, you can find all the shops you need on a holiday. Tolo still has the charm of a small fisherman's village it once was. The small harbor with its fishing boats and the small islands, give you a beautiful scenery whilst enjoying your meal in one of the Greek taverns right on the beach. A visit to the nearby classical town of Nafplion is definitely worthwhile. For a walk through the romantic old town with it's exclusive boutiques, a visit to the fortress, or a coffee at one of the many trendy cafe's on the boulevard. And when you still have some energy! The famous archaeological sites of Epidavros, Myceanes and Olympia are nearby and worth a visit.

Additional information about rental rates

  • We request a down payment of 25% when a booking is made. To make the booking fixed, the payment of the whole amount has to be made at least 8 weeks before arrival. If a booking is made within this period, the whole amount has to be paid at once.
    A security deposit of 250 Euros is requested against any damage done to the holiday villa during your occupancy. This amount can be paid upon your booking balance, or cash at arrival. The security deposit will be returned before departure after the holiday villa has been checked.

Dear Carola,
We spent our holiday in Villa Petra and had a wonderfull time there.
The villa was on a perfect location. We also enjoyed the pool. The poolman (gardener) was very friendly.
If we come to Greece again, we definitly choose villa Petra again.

We had a wonderfull time in villa Assini. The villa was on a perfect location. We also enjoyed the pool. The poolman (gardener) was also very friendly.
If we come to Greece again, we definitle choose villa Petra again.

We spent our oliday on August 2009. Villa Petra was in great conditions. We brought from home only the Moka, but as known ... we are Italian!
