Some of the regions most famous artists, such as Clannad, Enya and Altan began their careers playing in the traditional pubs which define the area. The airport is only a 7minute drive away. The village is also served by a small shop and a supermarket.
Activities: Golf, Cuirt Island, Gweedore, Falcarragh, Portnoo, Dunfanaghy - all courses within a radius of 50km; Horse Riding; Fishing, deep sea, river and lake - info on permits available; Hill walking and climbing in the Poison Glen and Errigal; Walking on the countless miles of unspoilt beaches; Surfing and diving schools in the Dungloe area; Day trips to Tory and Gola Islands from Bunbeg Harbour. To simply spend a day driving around this area of Donegal is an experience, you will never forget. The airport is only a 10 minute drive away.
