Due to the adjacent situation of the rooms, the apartment is ideal for stays of families with children. 1500 square feet (140 square meters), three balconies, air-conditioned apartment situated in the heart of Barcelona (two minutes walking from Plaza Catalunya and Ramblas). Three bedroom, one with double-size bed, one double-size room with twin beds, and a suite with twin beds and a coach (all single beds are convertible allowing them to adapt to one double-size bed or two separates singles. We could not have asked for more

We could not have asked for more. When we arrived, Antonia met us on the main road (the location is a little tricky for us as first timers in Barcelona), helped us unload and took us to a car park nearby. Antonia even arranged a long-stay rate for us for our car (saving us many $$$s). The appartment is lovely, with everything you could possibly need, even a cold beer or two and some water in the fridge when we arrived. Spotlessly clean too. The pics on the website certainly give a good impression, but the reality is better still! The location could not be more central, it's really in the heart of the city and a short stroll to the Ramblas. There is so much to see and so many places to eat and drink all within a short walk. When we had a question or issue, Valentin and Antonia responded immediately. I can't thank you enough. This was our home for a fantastic week and we will stay again when we return to Barcelona. Muchas gracias!

Beautiful Barcelona

This apartment was beautiful! My family felt so comfortable and really could experience what living in Barcelona would be like! The apartment is very well situated in the heart of the city next to small plazas with plenty of bars and restaurants. Many of the bars had outdoor seating areas and that was wonderful for having a drink and people-watching. There was also a small park nearby for the little ones to swing and play. We saved on eating out every day by walking down to the Boqueria market and buying fresh food to prepare at the apartment. Overall, this apartment was clean, inviting, and very comfortable. I recommend this property to everyone.

A wonderful place to stay

The apartment was very clean, had everything we needed. More than enough for a family of four. Centrally located, so as easy to get down Las Ramblas into the older part of town, as it was to walk to La Pedrera or catch the subway to Sagrada Familia. Very quiet at night. Felt quite safe as well.
Thanks for giving us a great home base for our spring break.

A perfect stay in a great apartment

This was a great two weeks, and the apartment was a major contributor to our wonderful time in Barcelona.

The location is truly perfect. It is a very quiet street, but only a block or two away from the heart of everything. L'Oliva restaurant across the street is the best food and best value for lunch or dinner. We ate lunch there every day! You must try the lunch - delicious.

The apartment is unusually spacious. Two complete bathrooms, plus a powder room. The ceiling height is high and architecturally interesting. Love the tile floors, they are classic Barcelona!

One thing that I liked a lot for summer is that each room has its own individually controlled, quiet cool air conditioner. That is so good, and I also liked the insulated windows that keep it very quiet.

Everything was provided, from paper towels to laundry detergent to shampoo. Very convenient! All in all, a perfect experience.

this fabulous apartment lived up to all our expectations - and more. I searched the 'Net for days and days - but you should stop here and reserve this place. It was simply fantastic. Valentin and family were always available for questions and help. The apartment is very big, immaculately clean and came with nice amenities (lots of large towels, small soaps and shampoos, 2 hair dryers, coffee maker, beer in the refrigerator, cookies, olive oil, spices and more). I cannot say enough about the location - it could not have been better - a very short walk to Las Ramblas but exceptionally quiet at night. We bought local produce and fish at the famous La Bocaria (5 minute walk away) and cooked at home some nights, but found an excellent restaurant right across the street (L'Oliv). You can walk to most of the famous sights, and return home to cool off and rest - then go back out again to enjoy this amazing, lively city. You cannot find a better place to enjoy your stay in Barcelona.
