There is a beautiful view of the islands of Lanai and Molokai. Fall asleep with the sounds of the ocean just outside your door. Natural tropical breezes and fans to cool you. This is a non-smoking unit. We do accept payment through PayPal, a division of EBay, which allows several different credit cards as shown below.
We have been married for 50 years and care a lot about each other and our condo, Lahaina Roads #409 on Maui.

Owned by our family since it was new. Very well maintained, outstanding views, warm cozy atmosphere, complete with most comforts of home.
Equiped like you were in your own home. Has a great lanai to view the ocean, sunsets, turtle and whale, or just sit, relax, and enjoy the sounds of the ocean.
What a treat to get to stay at this sweet condo! It was a perfect size for our family of four! We could walk to nearby restaurants, had reserved parking, and were just minutes from town, beaches, shopping, and great food!
The best part is the location. You cannot get ANY closer to the ocean, unless you were on a boat! While our friends stayed in condos that had no ocean view, or just a partial view, our entire view was ocean! We even had our own turtle family right outside! Since we kept the windows open to catch the breeze, we realized (with delight) that we had to actually raise our voices over the sound of the crashing waves! Paradise!
The kitchen is well equipped, and had everything we needed. With 2 kids, I'm so happy we had the washer and dryer! It saved us! Any time we wanted to swim, we practically had the pool to ourselves as well as the BBQ! We will definitely return to Lahaina Roads, where we lived like locals on vacation!
Loved the location and view, way above average. Easy access to great restaurants and entertainment in Lahaina. Really enjoyed not having Air Conditioning as the trade winds and fans were more than adequate. It was great to have access to beach chairs, towels and coolers for the many day trips we took to various beaches on the Island.
The building etc. are a little older but the pool, recreation area and building are well maintained with a very diligent and hardworking Manager. Loved the pool, very clean and a good size.
Overall the unit was everything as shown on VRBO and is in average updated condition of units at Lahania Roads. It is well located middle of complex -4th level and is well appointed. The appliances are all in good condition.
The location is very good-close to town, you do hear some street noise in master bedroom (all units) but can always switch to front pull out bed to hear ocean wave noise instead.
Our vacation was impacted-not by owner unit-but by owners association starting a maintenance project on pool in December that grew from 3 days to 40 days- and resulting to us where pool was not available-14 of our 16 days. The association has likely learned from this experience, as they invest in further updates, on how better to communicate, schedule and coordinate major update work with owners and renters. We received some adjustment from owner as did most renters who were met with this unplanned experience.
In summary the outside updates are making for a better complex-some other significant work is planned- and in spite of latest experience we continue to value the Lahania Roads location and unit as a very good place to stay in Maui.
We stayed here last year for 31 nights and loved it so much that we came back again for 31 nights! This condo is perfect for us in every way. It is close to Lahaina Town, where we spend most of our time! We can walk to 3 very nice restaurants, and soon there will be 4! There are so many turtles everyday, too many to count, right out by the sea wall. We were lucky enough to spot several whales out in the ocean. We loved walking to Baby Beach, it is so quiet and calm there. The accommodations are very comfortable. We had everything we needed for our stay. The washer and dryer are very much appreciated!
We are looking forward to seeing the finished project of the new sea wall, pool area and barbecue area.
We are back to our real world, but already have our next vacation booked for another 34 nights in 2015!

This was a perfect place to stay in many way. The location is great ,on the ocean with a break wall at pool edge ( no beach to walk on) close to dining and shops. Beautiful view of Lanai and Molokai to the right. Sunsets are beautiful every night. The place is very clean and exactly the way it was described. I loved the bathroom was very spacious. All the amenities were there for ocean use to pool and kitchen supplies. I did call for assistance one time and they returned my call immediately and sent someone over within 30 minutes. Kind and friendly. The only down side I can say is there were no trade winds making it very very hot all the time even with all the fans on. The noise is LOUD you need to turn the tv loud over the ocean noise and the bedroom noise because you are right on the main road with traffic all night long. You must keep the door to ocean and the bedroom window open always to keep any air flow. A small TOWER AC would be perfect for evening time to close the noise off outside and relax in the cooler air in the evening. I would have been willing to rent the AC for comfort on a daily basis With this said they do not control the weather but could assist with the AC. A trip to Molokai (fly $45 each way) made for an added pleasure and the Warren and Annabel Show magic was fun and hilarious. I would recommend this place tostay
First off, the location really can't be beat if you want to be near Lahaina, but yet out of the crowds. It is also a walk to the Safeway grocery store. The building sits just off of Front Street, directly on the ocean shore. This is good and bad. Good because you have the ocean just in front of you when you are at the pool or on the lanai. Bad because the road runs right by your pillow when you sleep. I am a light sleeper so each car or worse, motorcycle would go down the road I would be awakened. So much so the first night, that we ended up sleeping in the living room the remaining 8 nights. The condo is showing a little age. The sink in the bathroom drained so slowly that you could not run the water. The bathroom itself is large and certainly nice enough. The kitchen is big enough and for the most part well stocked with everything you need. Again, the faucet in the kitchen sink leaked and would continue to drip if you didn't move the handle just right. This really didn't bother us too much, in fact, I only called the contact the day before we departed to let them know they might want to fix the drain in the bathroom and the faucet in the kitchen before the next tenant checks in. Furniture is all fine. Bed comfortable enough. One thing we noticed was how much "stuff" was in the condo, on the walls, shelves, closets. Time to pitch some of it. With all that said, we really enjoyed our stay and would do so again. I always want to paint an honest picture of the properties where we stay. I did give it a 4/5 star, after all, your in Hawaii, but it could use some improvement and updating.
My husband and I had a wonderful stay in Lahaina. The condo is in the perfect location, walking distance to several great restaurants and the grocery store. So nice to have covered parking, as well! The condo itself is small, but there's ample space for 2, but the lanai and the view are the stars of this place, amazing! We spent a lot of time watching the turtles and even a few stingrays from the lanai. Great views of Molokai and Lanai as well. The kitchen was fairly well appointed, maybe consider stocking foil and plastic wrap for guests? A cheap but necessary little thing for us who like to cook and grill on vacation.
That being said, I only gave 4 stars because the condo is very dated, and there is no air conditioning. I know most of the time the locals rely on the winds to cool their homes, but during our stay the temps were around 86-88 degrees and very little breeze, very hot for Maui! Would have been nice to have a little window AC unit to cool us down. We spent our hot afternoons by the pool under an umbrella to help beat the heat.
Consider dining at Mala Tavern for weekend brunch, Aloha Mixed Plate for lunch, and Star Noodle for lunch or dinner, amazing!
We come to Hawaii about every other year, and West Maui is our favorite area, I would definitely stay at this condo again.
