Available for rent is our brand new luxury air conditioned 3 bedroom apartment Los Alcazares with stunning view if the pools & gardens from the large balcony. Set on the outskirts of the lovely town of Los Alcazares just 10 minute flat walk to the beautiful bay of the Mar Menor. The apartment is newly furnished with 3 bedrooms & 2 bathrooms (main bedroom with en-suite shower room). Washing machine, dishwasher, fridge/freezer, cooker, air conditioning. Two award winning communal swimming pools (with disabled access) and children’s splash pool. There is a TV with channels including BBC and ITV. All bedrooms have fitted wardrobes with high quality beds. The balcony has access from the main bedroom & living room. Los Alcazares is a lovely Spanish town on the beautiful bay of the Mar Menor. The tide less waters of the bay are very shallow, calm and warm (5 deg C above the Mediterranean Sea) all year round, making it safe for children and a water sports heaven. You can stroll along the 7 kilometers of coastline which is divided in to 7 blue flag beaches all connected with a magnificent promenade lined with palm trees. There are numerous cafes, restaurants and bars including Spanish, Chinese, Indian and English cuisine plus several large supermarkets. Golfers will be delighted that there are at least 7 golf courses in the area and 2 of the best courses Rhoda and La Serena are within 1 mile. Weekly street markets (Saturdays/Tuesdays: Los Alcazares Town Centre) offer many bargains and fresh produce the area typically enjoys 320 days of glorious sunshine per year. Golf: The mayor of Los Alcazares is committed to making the area the golf capital of Europe and there are already several superb golf courses in the area with more under construction. The two local courses Rhoda and La Serena are the best and are within 1 mile of the apartment. La Serena and Rhoda have numerous challenging water holes (so take plenty of golf balls with you), and are must for golf enthusiasts. A local golf shop can provide club hire at reasonable rates and the golf rates are reasonable with special offers available.
