A beautifully restored farmhouse in 5 acres of land, with stunning views of the mountains and valleys. The interior combines traditional and contemporary features to great effect and outside there are covered terraces for eating and relaxing, a 10m x 5m swimming pool and olive trees, vines, fruit and nut trees and a small river borders the land. The house has recently undergone extensive restoration work and offers comfortable accommodation in a secluded setting.

Nearest Airport: Pescara at 30 Kilometres
Nearest Ferry: Pescara at 35 Kilometres
Nearest Train: Pescara at 30 Kilometres
Nearest Motorway: Atri at 15 Kilometres
Nearest Beach: beach at 20 Kilometres
Car: necessary
Situated on the edge of a small village with bar and restaurants and five minutes drive to the nearest town and stores. We are also 5 minutes drive from the Gran Sasso National Park and 40 minutes from the beaches of the Adriatic coast. The historic towns of Penne and Atri are nearby and it is only a 2.5 hour drive to Rome. In the winter, there are ski resorts just under an hour away. Pescara, about 45 minutes distant is a modern, bustling city, with many designer stores, bars and restaurants and, of course, an airport with connections direct to UK. At Tortoreto, there is Onda Blu, the Aqua Park where kids can happily spend a day ( or two! ). It is about an hour's drive.

We had a great week in this beautiful house. It has been tastefully renovated and was comfortable and well-equipped. The information folder was very useful and we all enjoyed exploring the area. The pool is a good size and, thanks to wonderful weather, was well used by everyone. My favourite spot was sitting on the terrace with a glass of wine taking in those wonderful views.

A little while after the event I know but just wanted to say it was great to meet you and thanks for a brilliant holiday. It is such a beautiful place. The villa was beautiful in decor and that it had everything we needed. The help we received from yourself, Marco and Hannah was much appreciated including the file on places to visit and eat. We really enjoyed the Italian sociable culture. We managed to travel back through the mountains, plenty of oohs and ahhs! Thanks again and good luck for any future renovations and plans.

We all had a wonderful time at your beautiful villa. We really appreciated the fact that it was comfortable, clean and well-equipped. It was great to find such a fantastic book selection and you thoughtful restaurant and places of interest guide was perfect. We had many memorable meals and days out and came home rested.We certainly hope to book next year.
