This villa is furnished to a high standard in a contemporary style and has a 6m x 4m private swimming pool, and sea views from its terraces. The entrance is via a few steps to an entrance hall, from which a short flight of stairs lead up to the top floor. Here you will find a cloakroom/WC, a living/dining room and the fully-fitted kitchen with oven, hob, microwave, fridge freezer, washing machine. From the living area, patio doors lead onto a large terrace with sea views, and there is also a staircase leading onto the roof terrace from which there are stunning panoramic views, taking in both the sea and the surrounding mountains. Going downstairs from the entrance hall you reach the 3 bedrooms. The double bedroom has an ensuite bathroom and patio doors which open out onto the pool and terrace area. There are also two twin bedrooms, which share a full bathroom.

This is one of a group of four villas situated in a quiet residential area close to the Capistrano Playa development, just a 5-minute walk from Burriana Beach. They enjoy views to the sea and also to the surrounding mountains. The coastal town of Nerja is one of the unspoilt jewels of the Costa del Sol. Nerja has remained strong to its rural past and hasn’t lost its Andalucian traditions: there are NO high-rise apartment complexes here. Instead you will find many pueblo style developments, offering a taste of real Spanish life. Nerja has some of Europe’s best beaches, the main Burriana Beach having recently won a prestigious award for its high standards of cleanliness and facilities. Nerja has many great bars and restaurants, together with its famous historic caves, and has easy access from Malaga Airport.
