The Villa Blue Sea is located in a seaside village called Maleme – in the municipality of Platanias in the northern part of Crete at a distance of 17 kilometers of the Venetian City of Chania. The village is accessed through the National Road which is just 10 minutes drive or through the old regional road which is 20 to 25 minutes drive during the summer.
Night life for those who wish to entertain themselves can be reached within a few minutes drive and night clubs or bars of high standards all by the sea can be enjoyed by all.
Tavernas of high quality food Cretan and international can also be enjoyed in the tavernas in Maleme and around the village .
Access to beaches of unique beauty such as Falasarna, Elafonissos, and Paleochora are all conveniently approached. The change of scenery is really amazing and compensating. A visit to another beach called Balos is also worth being visited.Car -hire arrangements can be made.
The first floor consists of the master bedroom with a king size bed, two bedside tables a modern, comfortable settee and an en-suite bathroom (shower,w.c and a wash basin).
The big wall to wall glass sliding door affords a magnificent view over the Cretan Sea and the small island of Thodorou.A safe deposit box is also available. The second bedroom has two twin beds(can also be converted into a king size bed)and its en-suite bathroom with a shower,w.c and a washbasin.The big sliding glass window affords a unique view over the White Mountains and the Cretan Sea.
The ground floor is an open-plan living room with comfortable sofa-seating,a dinning area and a fully equipped kitchen,a guests room and a bathroom with a (shower, w.c and a wash-basin.)The unobstructed view over the sea from the wall to wall glass sliding doors lead its guests to the wooden deck and to the swimming pool .
There the deck chairs are waiting the guests to enjoy the sun and the breeze air of the sea.
The pool:
The rectangular pool (12X6) has a depth ranging from 1.40 to 1.90m. The deck chairs are all you need to enjoy the hospitable Cretan Sun. The mowing of the lawn and the cleaning of the swimming pool will be done by a gentleman who will drop by. The cleaning of the swimming pool is twice a week and the mowing approximately once a week.

If you need some extra cleaning it can be fixed prior to notification and at extra charge.
Ski:
