We stayed from July 7 - July 14 of 2012 and loved it. You can really tell that it is well maintained. The house itself is located in a quiet gated community. The private beach which guests have access to is beautiful! The water was crystal clear and rivaled those of the Caribbean. No need to go far searching for a nice beach. It's just across the highway! JL was more than helpful. The beach umbrella that was provided was broken and when I brought it to her attention we were provided with a new one immediately. The only thing I'd point out is you are only provided with two trash bags to start with and if you need more you have to furnish your own. Same goes for dish washing detergent, toilet paper, and clothing detergent. We really loved this house and would most definitely recommend others to stay here.

Owner's Response: Thanks for the great review. Sorry you were confused about the paper products. Unlike a hotel, in a home rental we leave a starter supply of things like toilet paper, a trash bag, hand soap, papertowels, etc. Enough until you can get settled and then go to the store to get what you will need for your family. We let everyone know that in advance in the Rental Agreement and Confirmation but sometimes that information gets lost in the excitement of the trip.
