Our large four bedroom townhouse with ground level entrances, is a quiet comfortable home sitting atop a hill with a beautiful view of the wooded Ozark hills.

Step back in time at Silver Dollar City and the Showboat Branson Belle! Visit the many amusement parks. Shop till you drop! Take the kids to a day of fun on 'The Strip'. See one of the many live music shows! Spend a day at golf or fishing. Then return to a quiet, restful home away from home. Relax and breathe in the fresh mountain air on the large furnished deck with a fantastic view of the surrounding Ozark hills! Check out the abundant wildlife. You will enjoy it so much you will want to come back again!

The main level of our two-story townhouse has a master bedroom with queen-size bed and a private bath. The guest room has a queen size bed and shared bath. The great room has an electric fireplace and queen sleeper-sofa, fully equipped kitchen, washer/dryer, iron and ironing board, Cable TV with VCR-DVD player, and Internet connection. The large dining table has seating for 8-10. The carport/patio has a ceiling fan/light for your outdoor comfort while grilling on the Weber Gas Grille. There is a large furnished deck off the great room. We even furnish a PackNPlay and high chair for the little ones.

The lower level has two king-size suites and can be accessed from the inside stairway or ground level parking in the rear. One of the lower level suites contains 2 King-size beds and the other suite has a King and a Queen bed. Both suites have private full baths, 32' Flat-screen cable TV's and mini-kitchen with table and chairs, microwave, mini fridge, and breakfast service for four.

Located at Notch Estates on West Hwy 76 just 1 mile to Silver Dollar City and just 15 minutes from Branson Music Shows and all the things to see and do on the 76 Strip. Additional Townhouse and Condominiums available for larger groups up to 76 people.

Just Perfect for a 3 Day Weekend

We rented the whole townhouse since we had 12 people. It was exactly as it was described. It had everything we needed and was just like being at home. It was very comfortable and so spacious. The location is great to visit Silver Dollar City and stay off the beat and path of heavy traffic. I would highly recommend this property if you have several families that want to get together and have a good time. We had rain so didn't get to enjoy the nature trails or pool but wish we could have.

Owner's Response: We hope you and the family can return and get the opportunity to utilize the 2 pools, playgound, trails and the 5 acre fishing lake. The carport with the outdoor ceiling fan does serve a dual purpose in these kind of weather related circumstances. Wonderful Vacation

We just returned home from the Notch Inn and had a great time. The pictures dont do the place justice, it is hard to tell by pictures how a place will look but the place is gorgeous and decorated so nice. When you walk in you fell so at home and know you are going to have a great time. It is located very close to Silver Dollar City, it took about 5-10 minutes to get there. It is close to the strip, but not in the middle of all the traffic.
I loved that all the special things you need to lug along on vacation were already supplied, such as kleenex, hair dryer, all the kitchen utensils and so well labeled to know where they were. There were games to play and baby cribs and such. The space was great, we had 12 in our group and had enough room. I would highly recommend this place for anyone going to Branson...

Great Family Vacation Area

We rented one of the Townhomes for a 3 family get-together in Branson. The townhome was well equiped--from cooking utensils and appliances to beds and linens. The swimming pools are excellent for the adolescent children and the suite set ups were just right for sharing meals and yet having some alone time. The property and area are well-kept and you feel safe. Access to Branson and all the area attractions was simple and timely. Good Job!!

We really enjoyed our visit to Branson and the townhouse was awesome! This "reunion" was enjoyed by the old "Navy buddies" as they visited and reminisced. The townhouse was perfect size and because it was so hot we spent a lot of time inside. We enjoyed the shows and the food but being able to be together in one place made the reunion extra special. We would recommend it for family reunions. Thanks so much!

This place made our trip perfect.

Our softball team stayed in 3 of these townhomes for our national tournament. This property was perfect for us. Plenty of room. Great kitchen with all the dishes, cookware, utensils, etc. we needed. Comfortable beds. Plenty of hot water. We washed our game uniforms each day so the washer/drier units were appreciated. Our girls were able sleep in beds, live in the living rooms, eat home cooked meals. We had a great time.
