The Joanic I apartment is located in the Gracia district, walking distance from the Sagrada Familia and Paseo de Gracia, an area with lots of restaurants and shops. You'll be 10 minutes by tube from the beach. The Gracia area is a picturesque and popular neighbourhood, full of bars, restaurants and tapas. There are also a number of stores such as markets and shops. It is a little village in the centre of a big city, Barcelona. The nearest metro station is Joanic, one minute walking from the apartment. There are also several bus lines, but the train is the best choice to go to downtown. Both the area and the flat are completely safe at all times to walk in the street or take public transportation. A wide variety of restaurants, bars, and shops are located near the flat.

There are also a number of markets and supermarkets. It is a little village in the centre of a big city, Barcelona. The nearest tube station is Joanic, a one minute walk from the flat. Or you can have a beautiful walk to the town centre in 20 minutes. Both the area and the flat are completely safe at all times to walk in the street or take public transportation. A wide variety of restaurants, bars and shops are located near the flat.
