Sleeps 6. 3 bedroom villa with private pool. 10000 square feet of garden mainly laid to lawn with mature trees and spacious terracing. Both sunny and shaded. Very private, fully enclosed plot in a peaceful location, even in summer. Would benefit from hire car to visit neighbouring towns and villages, but all amenities are walkable. About 1 and a 1/2 miles to Oliva town and only 600 metres to the beach, local shops and restaurants.
'Los Sauces' ('The Willows') is situated only a few minutes walk from the unspoiled blue flag beaches of Oliva, which enjoy many highly recommended restaurants, bars and local shops. Los Sauces is a pretty, detached, Casita (small house) in a beautiful, private, fully fenced and gated plot with mature trees, grass, a private pool and even a set of football goalposts (for kids or others with too much energy). It is located in a quiet residential area, only a short walk from the natural sand dune beaches that stretch for miles along one of Spain's few remaining unspoiled coastlines. It has a relaxed atmosphere, ideal for holiday or long term accommodation. Satellite TV, DVD and video, FREE WIFI internet access, music centre, hairdryer and all modern conveniences are provided.

As well as the football goal posts, there is a selection of kiddies toys and bits for the pool. There are also a variety of board games and reading material, TV, and music centre to ensure you’ve always something to entertain yourself with. WIFI or cabled Internet if you bring your computer. The upper floor of the house is accessed via an external staircase and has a large sun terrace with views toward the coast and mountains behind and access to the attic room which has 2 single beds, air con (hot and cold), a toilet and sink, a large toy box (full-ish) please note that the attic room is full height only at the apex of the roof). We can supply a cleaning service if you wish which includes a change of bed linen and fresh towels (charged separately). A travel cot with mattress and high chair are available for guests to use. There are also various heaters and fans for use in the house depending on season.
The historic town of Oliva can be found on the southern tip of the Costa Azahar (the Orange Blossom Coast) at the top of the Costa Blanca and has over 10 km of golden sands to offer residents and visitors alike. The area has traditionally been famous for its oranges and other citrus fruits, as well as olives, cherries and almonds. This area of Spain enjoys over 300 days of sunshine a year, mild winters and pleasantly warm summers which means that the outdoor life can be enjoyed for most of the year. The town of Oliva offers everything you could want. The old town is steeped in history with its cobbled streets, traditional town houses and shops, two landmark churches and three museums all overlooked by the remains of a Moorish castle, El Castillo de Santa Ana, (fantastic views over the whole of Oliva to the coast and beyond) The town hosts local fiestas and fairs and has a fantastic 'paseo' (walkway), which is used during the day by busy shoppers and people going about their normal daily business and every evening and weekend by the townsfolk to 'pasear' (stroll) along the tree lined route and stop at the many bars, cafes and restaurants along the way. The weekly market, (which is probably the best in the whole region, the area is known as La Safor) is held here every Friday morning. Sports and leisure facilities to be enjoyed in and around Oliva include -golf, fishing, sailing, canoeing, tennis, cycling, horse riding, scuba diving, go-karting. Health spa. Oliva's sports centre has both indoor and outdoor pools, all-weather football pitches, basketball courts, gymnasium, athletics track etc. Walking crazy golf and trampolines. Within an easy drive are two water parks, one in Cullera and the other in Benidorm each around 35 minutes away. Also in Benidorm you will find the Terra Mitica theme park and Terra Natura nature reserve plus Mundo Mar "sea world". All of which provide a great day out! You can also visit Benidorm Palace as 'shown on TV!'
When you book, we will send you a rental agreement which we ask that you sign and return to us. We ask that you pay a deposit of £250 (non-returnable if you cancel your stay). This becomes a returnable security deposit for the duration of your holiday and will be returned to you within 15 days of your departure less any deductions for damages or costs for excessive cleaning etc. Final payment should be made 8 weeks prior to departure.
