Just 15 mins away from the airport (Brindisi) & 10 mins away from the coast. Property is completely enclosed & includes large driveway, garden & 2 outdoor eating areas. Local amenities in the town centre, located 3km away. Car essential. Many local attractions within the area. Villa is air conditioned, has smoke detector alarms in all sleeping areas, satellite TV, TV/DVD in every bedroom, selection of games, dishwasher, washing machine and all self catering facilities.

Located 3kms outside of the town of San Vito dei Normanni, just 15 minutes from Brindisi airport (or alternatively 1 hour from Bari airport, or just over 3 hours from Napoli airport). This is a part of 'real Italy', where the Italians take their holidays. The town has all the required local amenities including supermarkets, and there is an Auchan hypermarket just 15-20 mins away. The villa is semi-rural - there are other villas and neighbours fairly close, but also fields of olive trees. The property is surrounded by a high wall ensuring privacy.
