Beautiful new 4 bedroom/3 bathroom villa with south facing pool and spa

Looks like as in past reviews this owner and perhaps the management company are out to essentially steal damage deposits. My family and I have always used VRBO rentals and take excellent care and management of peoples homes.

After returning from our vacation Nick the owner informed us via pay pal 120 dollars was withheld for carpet stains and 40 dollars for pay pal fees! I can assure every reader that we did not even as so much as wear shoes in the house! I demanded an invoice of the cleaning and some pictures. He sent pictures that were not time stamped and looked as though it was pictures of several different carpets with a few tiny spots on some of the pictures. They never did bother to forward an invoice of the cleaning company.

Please note this is the carpet the builder installed. It is estimated in my opinion to be 15 years old at minimum.

I'm sure the owner will respond that he wants to keep his villa at high standards blah blah blah like he responded in the previous review however keeping his villa up to standards is not on the backs of your guests.

The villa as a review is average. Dated furniture and fixtures, good linens and towels. Extremely undestocked! One garbage bag, two dishwasher pods and only the role of toilet paper that was left on the holder. Location is convient but be prepared to be up and down the highways to get anywhere.

I've rented MANY times in Orlando and always like to stay in new places and homes. If you are looking,please you can do much better with better owners who are honest.

We spent a week in the villa in October the weather for us was very nice and hot which meant that the pool, Jacuzzi and outside area got used a lot day and night. The villa was clean and well presented and had everything that we needed. The booking process from start to finish was so easy and Nick & Lesley are great to deal with, the security deposit was returned to us within days of us been back home. I was very impressed with this villa and with Nick & Lesley plus it’s obvious that the Management Company do a good job looking after the villa as well. I would not hesitate to recommend this villa to anyone or to stay here again.

We had a great time at Orleander Villa during our 2 week spring break. We found the villa to be just as we expected. There is plenty of space and as we were just a party of 3, lots of the villa wasn't even used! The kid's bedrooms and bathroom did look lovely though. We thoroughly enjoyed the outdoor area and pool, particularly the open aspect. All surrounding areas are very well kept. The pool and spa and the sun loungers were well used as the weather was fantastic. We found that neighbours respected others and we were never disturbed by noise at night.
We found the villa to be in a very good location, handy for shops and restaurants. and an easy journey to the attractions. We enjoyed good meals at Applebee's just a few minutes up the road. The estate of Calabay Parc was quiet and well kept. We had no need to contact the Management Compay - everything was fine!
Dealing with the ownwers Lesley and Nick, was very easy - everything was quite straightforward. The booking process was very easy, everything was well organised and efficient.
We would not hesitate to recommend this villa to anyone considering a Florida vacation. Our security deposit was returned four days after our departure!! That's efficient.
