Orleander Villa, our privately owned home, is 12 minutes drive from Walt Disney World. It's located in Davenport, just off the I4 on US27 at Calabay Parc. Enjoy all home comforts and your own private pool and corner spa. The pool area is completely screened with sun deck. The heated pool may be optionally lit at night. Some local amenities include a recreational area, local Publix /Walmart supermarkets, video/DVD rental, take-out / delivery restaurants, and at Champions Gate 5 minutes away there is a brand new Greg Norman designed golf course. A public golf course is available nearby if preferred. This is a non-smoking home including a fully equipped kitchen with a microwave, dishwasher etc. Small luxury items include a coffee maker, toaster & an ice maker. There is a utility room with washer and dryer, and a two car garage. There are 4 bedrooms; including an en-suite master bedroom with TV/ DVD and en-suite double room with TV/DVD.

Further information: Our villa is designed/positioned to have sun OR shade all day depending on your preference.There is a safety fence around the pool and both the front and back doors have alarms fitted so that parents know when they are being opened. Gas bbq's(grills) are available for hire at anytime during your stay with us. There is nobody overlooking the pool area to the back OR sides of the villa, so it is very private.
