The Property:
The Family bathroom is equipped with WC, bath, over bath shower, and vanity basin. The kitchen area is fully equipped with quality appliances: Large American style fridge/ freezer, fully automatic large electric cooker, microwave, and dishwasher - A breakfast table and chairs are situated in the adjoining 'Nook'. Our screened 'Lania' area has outdoor dining facilities to ensure that eating 'Al Fresco' on the balmy Florida evenings is the perfect end to the day. The laundry area boasts a large top loading washing machine, powerful tumble dryer, ironing board and iron.
Facilities:
The open plan living room and dining area is decorated and furnished in a typical bright Floridian style. Relax on one of the two comfortable settees and admire the countryside views through the rear patio doors, which give access to the pool area. Or navigate the numerous channels available on the cable TV system. A large six setting dining room suite provides ample space for indoor family dining. Florida is also called 'The Sunshine State' and for very good reason. Temperatures top 70 degrees for most of the year and so outdoor dining is an absolute pleasure. The ample cupboard space contains all necessary cutlery and kitchen utensils.
