This beautiful air conditioned ground floor studio apartment has been completely refurbished, and comprises combined sleeping/ living accommodation with bath/shower and toilet off walk-in closet/dressing area. The kitchen is fully equipped with new appliances including: cooker; fridge; microwave; toaster; coffee maker; kettle, etc.. The main living/sleeping area has twin beds, new 21' TV, CD/radio, dining table/chairs and lounge chairs. The unit opens out onto a patio with table and chairs overlooking the 7th green on the golf course. A small travel cot or mattress can be provided for a baby/infant. Communal pool located a minute's walk from studio. The unit is privately owned but benefits from on site management.

Our studio is located in the quiet the peaceful Lemon Arbour cluster within Rockley Resort. It has been fully refurbished and has on site property management. This means that our agent is close by and easily contactable to deal with any queries or matters which arise.
We had been looking to purchase a unit at Rockley for some time but could not find one which suited our requirements for guest rentals. In the end we purchased our unit in 2006 and spent 6 months having it refurbished. It now has a modern and comfortable feel and is well maintained by our agent who advises us when things need repaired or replaced. We are appreciative of the fact that guests will be looking forward to their holiday and may have saved and planned for some time. It is therefore important that they arrive to find a clean, comfortable and well maintained studio.
Rockley Resort is a 9 hole golf course with accommodation clusters which provide a very private and peaceful setting. Each cluster has its own pool and the grounds are beautifully landscaped with a wide variety of tropical plants and trees. Tennis is also available, and the Resort is a short 5 minute walk from the beach and main facilities on the south coast including bars, restaurants, night clubs, shops, banks and services. The Island's main night life area at St Lawrence Gap is also within walking distance or a short taxi ride. Public transport is available outside the Resort with frequent services to Bridgetown and elsewhere.
