The Villa is quite delightful, and no expense has been spared in both restoration and furnishing; it is a typical stone house of approx 220m², immersed in the green hills of Montalbano, forming part of the official Chianti DOC area. The position of the property offers views over the valley which unites Florence, Prato and Pistoia. The large garden (120m²) is furnished for al fresco dining, and you'll enjoy lovely panoramic views across olive groves and classic Tuscan hillsides. An irregular-shaped pool (approximately 6 x 3.5 mt) is set in the garden at the front of the house - the position is secluded and also enjoys fine views. Your holiday at the Villa will be marked by peace and privacy.

One of the bedrooms has a queen bed and an en suite bathroom with a double sink, bathtub and separate shower. There is another bedroom with a queen bed and one with two twins. These two bedrooms share a bathroom with a shower. More stairs lead up to the top floor, which has a small attic bedroom with two twin beds and a bathroom with a bathtub and hand held shower wand.

  • The house is on three levels. On the ground floor: entrance area, study, living room that opens to the patio, a formal dining room, a smaller dining room, and a fully equipped kitchen. The study has armchairs, a desk, and a fireplace. The formal dining room has a table for eight. The other dining room, which is next to the kitchen, has a large open fireplace. The kitchen has a small table and door out to the garden. Just off the kitchen there is a small laundry room. There is also a half bathroom on this level. From the entrance, stone stairs lead up to the first floor, which has three bedrooms and two full bathrooms. The bedrooms on this floor have wood floors and views. One of the bedrooms has a queen bed, small balcony, and an en suite bathroom with a double sink, bathtub, and separate shower. There is another bedroom with a queen bed and one with two twins. These two bedrooms share a bathroom with a shower. More stairs lead up to the top floor, which has a small attic twin bedroom
