Private villa for up to 11guests that consits of two apartments with 2 & 3 bedrooms and individual access. Peaceful location in luxuriate gardens and large swimming pool. Very private grounds but not remote location walking distance to a fine restaurant & Spa centre and 15mns drive to S Gimignano and Certaldo. Charming and unintrusive owner and cat live in adjacent villa but out work all day.Two heavenly apts converted from an ancient barn mark this out as an exceptional property with roomy interiors and excellent quality furniture. Apt Orione on ground floor has very high beamed ceilings: 2 dbl bedrooms and 2 single beds on the mezzanine,a stunning covered balcony with table and chairs. Both have separate dining and living rooms with comfy sitting, sat TV, CD player,equal number of shower rooms per bedroom.Ten steps to the pool and lower floor apt Aquarius with private manicured terrace and covered loggia with table and chairs. On request a fabulous cook,laundry service is available

From the dining/living area, via an internal staircase, you reach a delightful twin bedroom. The other two bedrooms have a double bed. The master bedroom suite includes a sunny conservatory with a CD player. Orione has another pretty bedroom suite either side of the living room (ideal for two couples). Two bathrooms with shower. The apartment is surrounded by sunny terraces and has a large covered balcony equipped with table and chairs for outdoor dining. Satellite TV, Hi Fi.

Peaceful San Vivaldo's little chapels in the woods are within 4km, and Florence, Siena and the coast are all easy to reach for day-trips.

Castelfalfi Golf Club - 18 holes Par 73 6645 meters - is 5 km far from the VILLA. The Castelfalfi Golf is situated in an ancient medieval hamlet deep in the Tuscan country. The land belonged through the centuries to the main Italian families, included the Medicis. One of the main characteristics of the course is how you can often play down hill. Beware the many water obstacles and the occasional bunker.
