Grand old ochre-coloured villa with gardens brimming with charm surrounded by vineyards producing excellent Chianti wine. The extensive garden is full of enchanting corners equipped with garden furnitures and plenty of verdant views. On the grounds an charming chapel is still used for private cerimonies.The large swimming pool and tennis court provide an alternative to lazy days sunbathing.To complement the picture there is a lovely cypress-ringed outdoor room and a brick terrace just outside the living room for al fresco meals.Interiors are spacious and comfortable furnished with period furniture and more modern touches such as the equipped kitchen with a beautiful fireplace,separate dining room,separate vast living room with fireplace. We are near Limite sull’Arno, a town on the River Arno due west of Florence, just 25 kilometres away. Vinci, of Leonardo fame, is 20 minutes drive. However Empoli is the nearest town for those necessities of banks, shops and chemists, about 10 minutes away; 50km from Pisa , 80km from Siena, and within an hour's drive of the Tyrrhenian coast.
