Outside: Beautiful gardens and pool (9.5m x 4.5m), extensive patios with spectacular view over bay, path down to sea. Pergola, large porch and barbecue provide 3 choices for outdoor eating, hammocks under pine trees for peaceful siestas. Inside: large open plan kitchen/diner and sitting room. All mod cons include: large fridge freezer, gas hob, electric oven, microwave, dishwasher, satellite for UK TV /radio, DVD, CD player, iPod docking station and small safe. Study with telephone, broadband wifi computer connection (for guests who bring own laptop) and two bunk beds. 4 double bedrooms (2 en suite) and main bathroom. Staircase to outdoor roof patio. Separate laundry/washing machine and extra 'cool drinks' fridge in garage. The villa is officially approved by the Menorca Tourist Board as 'superior' category.

The house is just 100 metres from the sea, on a quiet residential road in Binissafuller (near Sant Lluis), one of the South East coast's longest established and greenest settlements. Just beyond the bottom of the garden a deep rocky inlet provides wonderful snorkeling in clear turquoise waters. Next to this, a small natural harbour is overlooked by a charming bar/restaurant that serves excellent fresh fish. More restaurants and shops can be found in Binibeca Vell, 10 minutes walk away. Binisafuller beach is 10 minutes walk in the other direction. Mahon and the Airport are a 15 minute drive.

  • Bedroom 5 is in fact a study with two single beds (which can be used as bunk beds or both free standing on the floor). It is next to the master bedroom (bedroom 1) which has an en suite bathroom and so these two rooms are perfect for a family of 4. At the rear of the house bedrooms 2 and 3 share the main bathroom, again a self contained space for a family. At the far end of the house, bedroom 4 has an en suite bathroom with shower, loo and basin and is an ideal retreat for older guests or young romantic couples. All bedrooms have electric fans.

Notes: All rooms have electric fans. The house is built on one level although the patio is split level. Ramps are available for wheelchairs but interior doors are too narrow for wheel chairs to pass through so only the master bedroom is accessible to wheelchair users. A cot and high chair are available for families with babies/toddlers. There is an ironing board, iron and a hairdryer. Long term renters are welcome for the winter months - November to March only, low monthly rents negotiable for this period.

We love this place: the pictures and description of the property are accurate. The location is great: right on the sea (little cove for swimming and snorkeling at bottom of garden, with beach 10 mins walk away), but in a very peaceful area even at the height of the season. It is also in a part of the island surrounded by lovely villages and great restaurants, with the beautiful port and harbour of Mahon only a 20 min drive away. Our children love it too. The owners are charming, and the property is maintained to a high standard with all mod cons (including broadband!) and a high quality welcome food package. We are all looking forward to our next visit.
Owner's Response: We'll be welcoming this family back for the fourth time this summer and its always a pleasure to see them!

My boyfriend and I had a most wonderful time in this beautiful villa, the location is so peaceful, and pretty. A lovely base to explore Menorca. We cant wait to go back in September!
Owner's Response: We have many repeat visitors all of whom seem to love the villa's layout, the pool, its beautiful Mediterranean garden and the view over the bay. Many have also complimented us on the 'starter pack' of food and drink that we provide for our guests on arrival from the airport..
