Small circular pool (2.5 m diameter) and club house (dining room with kitchen corner, 1 bathroom with shower, laundry room) are available. Large barbecue. Car park with reserved parking space. DISTANCES: 8 km Todi (all kinds of shops) one of the most beautiful old town centers in Umbria, 22 km Orvieto, 50 km Perugia. (60 m2) Gr. fl. (access from a private, equipped terrace of 20 m2): living/dining room with fireplace and double divan bed, built-in kitchen counter (dishwasher, oven), 1 double bedroom, 1 bedroom with bunk beds, 1 bathroom with shower. Central heating. LOCATION: 8 km Todi (all kinds of shops) one of the most beautiful old town centers in Umbria, 22 km Orvieto, 50 km Perugia.
