bright and sunny on the 4th floor with elevator of a private luxury building fully renovated 'tip VORLAZ' from major tracks, close to the arrival of the gondola Prodains (eg cable), the ski school and just minutes from the children's village and shops.

it comprises:

- A kitchen with dining area, equipped with a ceramic hob 4 burner stove, microwave oven of a grill, dishwasher and fridge freezer, opened the show. A 'working capital grocery necessities and cleaning products is available.

- The living room with 1 single bed, 1 pull-out bed and 2 armchairs, cable digital TV, DVD player, and a wireless high-speed Internet network

- A room with a bed for 2 people (140), with two cupboards / wardrobes

- A bathroom (with bath / shower) and machine washing)

- Separate WC

- Bed linen provided

- A ski locker on the ground floor.

All the windows were changed in June 2014 to better sound insulation and thermal

Balcony facing south west you will have a panoramic view of the ski slopes and surrounding peaks.

Au pied des pistes !!!!

Accueil sympathique du propriétaire, disponible et attentionné.
Appartement confortable, très propre et bien entretenu, face aux pistes.
Les commerces sont à proximité, le boulanger est tout près et les réductions pour la location du matériel de ski sont bien appréciables.
Un séjour que nous avons vraiment apprécié et que nous recommandons autant aux mordus du ski qu'aux personnes qui veulent profiter de la montagne.
Nous reviendrons, c'est sur !!

Séjour très agréable

Noël à Avoriaz, c'était magique! Feu d'artifice, village illuminé, un régal! L'appartement est très agréable et bien équipé. Vue sur la montage, très chouette. Inconvénient peut-être les dameuses le matin pour ceux qui aiment faire la grâce matinée, mais ça permet aussi d'être au pied des pistes... Propriétaire sympathique, au passage, bref, un séjour très agréable, à recommander.

Owner's Response: Afin d'améliorer la qualité du séjour, toutes les fenêtres ont été changées en juin 2014 pour une meilleure isolation phonique et thermique.

Bel emplacement avec vue sur les montagnes et le ski pistes dans un quartier très calme d'Avoriaz. Le village de 10 minutes à pied et le boulanger à 5 '.Soleil du matin au soir et délicieux, rester sur la terrasse (pour 2 pers. max)La base de 3 remontées mécaniques au pied de l'appartement et le ski peut jusqu'à l'appartement.Appartement confortable avec tous les équipements nécessaires. Baignoire et 2 lits doubles et lit séparé.Très soignées appartement où nous avons certainement d'y revenir !
