Typical villa from the Algarve region renovated in 2011 and recently newly equipped. The house is located in a quiet area, close to the main attractions of the region (beaches, golf, theme park, etc.) and to the Faro airport (16 km away). All the rooms of the villa (except for the kitchen) have access through sliding bay-windows to a large sheltered terrace (77 sq.m) and offer magnificent views of the mountains, the sea, Quarteira and Vilamoura during day and night. The heated swimming pool the spacious garden, the barbecue area, the leisure equipment and the proximity to shops (Loulé: 2 km away) will allow you to enjoy a pleasant stay.

  • The bathrooms have just been entirely renovated and equipped. The children's bathroom has a jet shower. One of the suites has a hydro-massage jet bathtub.

  • 3 double beds, 4 single beds, 1 baby cot and 1 sofa bed. The villa has 4 bedrooms, including 2 spacious en-suite ones and guest's bedroom (with shower, WC and terrace) located outside. The children's bedroom has 2 bunk beds. All rooms have bay-windows (with mosquito nets), giving access to a large covered terrace and offer magnificent views of Quarteira and Vilamoura. All bedrooms have air-conditioning.

Notes: The swimming pool is spacious (11x6 m) and has many equipments that can be used on a simple request (salt system, heat pump, protection tarpaulin, deckchairs etc.). In summer, the water's temperature is in average 30 degrees without the use of the heat pump. The swimming pool area is spacious and private. Many equipments for leisure activities are at your disposal: ping-pong table, ping-pong table, trampoline, a table football, stepper, Nintendo Wii game console, etc. For even more comfort, all the windows and sliding bay-windows are equipped with mosquito nets. The swimming pool area and the large terrace are equipped with yellow lighting against mosquitoes. All the rooms are air-conditioned (except for the kitchen).
